This whole wheat pizza dough is amazing and simple to make.
1 pkg of yeast
1/4 c warm water
1 c of cold water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
pinch of salt
3 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tablespoon of honey
Mix yeast in the warm water until it dissolves. Add in the honey and let it stand in a warm place for 8 minutes.
In a mixer add flour and salt then blend on low. Mix cold water and olive oil and pour into mix and allow to blend. Then add your yeast and spin until a dough ball forms.
Place in an oiled bowl and seal with plastic wrap and allow to sit until it doubles in size. Then punch down and knead for 2 minutes.
Divide dough into 2 or 4 dough balls depending on the size of pizzas you want, then place on a tray and cover with a wet towel over night in the refrigerator.
